Shelley Curtis serves division 4 on the Gold Coast City Council, before that, she was a member of the Australian Defence Force and has also been a long-time foster parent, so as you can see, a lot to chat about and lucky for us, she swung by the studio for a grilling from gough. Shelley tells us about why she became a foster parent, the process of becoming a foster parent and what is involved in being a foster parent. Shelley then tells us about her time in the Australian Defence Force, why she joined and what serving meant to her, along with her roles within the ADF.
